Here is how our quick 4-step process works:
1. The 10-Minute Fitting
Slip into your new suit with your dress shoes. Our team quickly pins your jacket sleeves, marks your pant hems, and checks your seams to eliminate any bagging or excess fabric.
2. Precision Prep
In the workshop, we turn those pins into precise lines. We carefully open the original factory hems and press the fabric completely flat so our new stitches look crisp and seamless.
3. Machine-Precision Stitching
Our tailors handle the rest. We take in the jacket waist, shorten your sleeves to show the perfect amount of shirt cuff, and hem your trousers to your exact length preference.
4. Final Press & Pickup
We verify the measurements, give the entire suit a professional steam press, and pack it into a protective garment bag. Try it on one last time at pickup to confirm it is 100% perfect.
Timeline & Policy Details
- Standard Turnaround: Your altered suit is typically ready for pickup in 3 to 5 business days.
- Need it sooner? Ask our team about expedited rush options if you are on a tight deadline.
- What is included: Complimentary alterations cover basic sizing adjustments (pant hems, sleeve lengths, and basic seam take-ins) on all newly purchased, regular-priced suits.
- Exclusions: Free alterations do not apply to clearance items, major structural garment recuts, or outside garments not purchased at our store.
